Longkou Xinglong Rubber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinglong Rubber), located in Shandong Longkou Economic and Technological Development Zone on the seashore of the beautiful Bohai Sea, manufactures its rubber diaphragm for gas meters, automobile decompressors and spacecrafts. In the second half of 2006, Xinglong Rubber developed a range of new products: fixed and unfixed sealing products featuring heat resistance, oil resistance, steam resistance and chemical corrosion resistance; Hardness 30 - 90 rubber compound featuring oil resistance, sunlight and aging resistance, ozone aging resistance, good flexibility and low compression set; adhesive; and anticorrosive paint.

Xinglong Rubber employs more than 200 people including one senior engineer with the rank of Professor, two senior engineers, over 20 technicians and professionals, and a handful of managers with good mastery of high technology. The product features stable quality and all the indices are up to national standard, with several indices surpassing national standard. Xinglong Rubber possesses a land area of 26,400 square meters, registered capital of RMB 6,000,000 and a complete set of production and test system. In particular, Xinglong Rubber has passed ISO9001 (2000) International Quality Management System Certification. The main product, rubber diaphragm, has annual capacity of 8,000,000 slices and is well sold to domestic and foreign markets covering the Middle East, Taiwan, and other countries and regions. Moreover, Xinglong Rubber regularly supplies its rubber diaphragm to Chendu Ulite Machinery & Electricity Co., Ltd., Dandong Gas Meter Co., Ltd., and Beijing Younai Gas Meter Co., Ltd.
